REALTOR® of Distinction: Carolyn Parsons

Carolyn continues to offer her clients the benefit of more than 25 years experience as a professional REALTOR® in the sales and marketing of their homes and properties.

She began her real estate career in the metropolitan Washington, DC area (northern Virginia and Maryland). After approximately ten years, she relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas when her husband Jerry, a military retiree, accepted a transfer with the US Federal Court. In 1993, after several years in Arkansas, Jerry retired from the US Federal Court and they relocated to the Charleston, South Carolina area. In each place of residence, Carolyn has been consistently recognized for her exceptional sales achievements and for providing her clients with personal, professional and knowledgeable services.

Since joining Prudential Carolina Real Estate 8 years ago, she has been honored with numerous awards including the President’s Circle Award for exceptional sales achievements. She also is a member of the East Cooper’s Top Producers Club, and has been a consistent recipient of the Realtor of Distinction Award presented by the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®.

Carolyn’s real estate credentials attest to her commitment to her profession. The loyalty and lasting relationships established are indicative of their testimony to her professionalism.

Visit CarolynParsons.com She uses a combination of her professional real estate experience, education, training and positive “can do” attitude, to provide assistance tailored to individuals and their family’s real estate needs. Often those needs are dictated by her clients personal desires or career specifics. Those needs can vary from military rotation, corporate relocation, or investment opportunities.

By keeping abreast with advancing technology, she is able to quickly access, sort, evaluate and analyze the real estate market trends, values, and availability, to provide current decision making tools for her clients.

Carolyn explains the process of finding the perfect home for her clients as “opportunities”. Listening to her client’s needs and preferences, within their stipulated price range, is of utmost importance. Once a decision is made by the client to purchase a specific home, it is as if a critical piece of a puzzle has been found and properly placed.

Carolyn says, “I have a passion for the real estate profession and for the Lowcountry. After more than 10 years in the area, I know why people from all geographic locations call this a true paradise. It is simply because of the friendly people, beautiful beaches, pristine waterways, and historical architecture! I love the fact that I often am the first person to acquaint my clients with our beautiful coastal area.”
